Counseling Focus

Counseling and therapy needs vary from individual to individual. We believe that counseling is a major part of an individual’s, couple’s or family’s step toward health and healing. We provide specialized counseling for a wide range of life’s difficulties. Counseling can be either:

  •     Individual
  •     Couple/Marital
  •     Family (nuclear or extended)
  •     Group
  •     Intensives
  •     Experiential
  •     Psychodrama
  •     Testing

We operate from a systems perspective. This simply means that although we may see an individual, we consider the total environment and factors that have contributed to difficulties as well as the support that is available to help the individual overcome adversity.
